If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for free within 30 days. You will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, excluding any shipping costs.
US orders should have a pre-paid returns label included in your order, please only use this label if your items are eligible for return. If you return any items which are not eligible for return as per the policy above, no refund will be offered, nor will your items be returned to you.

If you have returned any eligible item using the pre-paid label provided by Huda Beauty, it will be checked and verified at our warehouse. If all of the return requirements have been met, your refund should be processed within 14 days of the items being received and verified.
Once your refund has been processed, it can take up to 14 days to reflect with your issuing bank. If you can see that your return items have been received and this date has now passed, just let us know so we can look into this for you.
If your items are eligible for return, we recommend that you use the return label provided by Huda Beauty as we cannot reimburse you for the return shipping cost if the pre-paid label was not used. If, however, you have returned your items using an alternative return label please also provide tracking details when you get in touch.
If any items in your order have been received in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know within 7 days of your order being received. Please send your order number, and clear photos of the damaged item alongside your pack slip using the CONTACT US section.
Please note we cannot consider cases reported after 7 days of the receipt of your items. Please do not dispose of the items as you may need to return them to be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately we don't have an exchange policy, any items that are eligible to be returned can be returned for a refund only. Items purchased as part of our Cyber Week promotion are not eligible for return. If you need an alternative product you would be required to return the items and place a new order.
US orders without fragrance: see section 1 (you should have a valid return label in your package)
US orders with fragrance: see section 2 (if there is a pre-paid return label in your package, it is not eligible)

1. If you already have your UPS pre-paid returns label:1. Check your items are eligible for return2. Fill in the return details on your pack slip (don't forget to include this in your return package) along with your items3. Remove all extra labels from the packaging and affix the pre-paid UPS label from the bottom of your packing slip4.Drop off your shipment at an authorized UPS shipping location5. Please keep your UPS tracking number, we may request it, and you can also track your return at UPS.com2. If your order does not include a pre-paid returns label:1. We will send you your return label, which you will be required to print 4. We will inform you of the next steps for drop off or collection
Your return label should be valid for the items you are returning. If for any reason the courier (UPS or DHL) state that your return label is not suitable and cannot be used, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you. You can use the CONTACT US form below.
In this instance, we would not recommend for you to pay for the return as we cannot confirm that this payment would be reimbursed. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
