You will receive your tracking details when your order has been processed and ready for collection from the courier. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to activate. (If you have received your tracking information on a Friday, it may not update until Monday when the shipment is collected from our warehouse).
The cost of shipping will depend on your delivery address. After entering your delivery address at check out you will be able to view the delivery options available to you and their cost.
Free shipping will be applied on orders over 60USD or 70USD* / 48GBP / 90AUD / 70CAD / 48EUR / 260AED. This will be applied on the currency displayed on your order, not based on conversion.
Please note, the free shipping threshold is calculated after any discounts have been applied, and before any taxes, duties or fees are added at checkout.
This may vary during promotions and sale periods. *USD threshold may vary based on shipping address.
Certain products are also unavailable in specific countries due to shipping restrictions (particularly fragrance & setting spray) however you should see a message alert in your basket if we cannot ship a product to your delivery address. You can check which countries this applies to HERE.
Delivery Information
You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking number for your order, your courier and a trackable link.
US orders are shipped with UPS or USPS. Click HERE for UPS tracking or HERE for USPS tracking.
UK orders will be shipped with Yodel. Click HERE for Yodel tracking
Orders placed to France, Italy, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland and The Netherlands will be shipped with Chronopost. You can track your order HERE
All other orders are shipped with DHL. You can track DHL deliveries HERE
If you track your order immediately after receiving your email, you may receive an error message, please wait up to 24 hours and try again for your tracking details to generate online.
If you would like to attempt cancelation of an order, please send us the Order Number to be cancelled and include the message: Please Cancel My Order. This will help us prioritise your email. You can do this via the CONTACT US form below or email us at contact.klarabeauty@gmail.com
If we are unable to cancel your order, your items may still be eligible for return, you can check out our returns policy here.
If you try to track your order immediately after receiving your tracking detail email you may see an error on the courier tracking page. Please wait 12 hours and re-try, this will allow time for your tracking details to generate online.
If your tracking details do not update or stay in the same status for more than 48 hours please let us know via the CONTACT US section so we can review this for you.

Firstly, we would recommend to check your 'Proof Of Delivery' you can access this via your tracking link used to track your order. You can use this information to confirm where your package was delivered and who has signed for it, in the case that a friend / colleague has received the order for you.
From time to time the courier tracking may show a delivered status before it has physically been delivered, it can take up 24 hours for this to reflect accurately.
If you are still unable to locate your order please let us know via the CONTACT US section below, please include your Order Number & Tracking ID.
We do however have a returns policy in place, if you are not satisfied with your items you can return this within 30 days of receipt, please note the standard return policy may vary for different products, or items purchased during any sales or promotions. Please check the returns policy to confirm if your items are eligible for return.
Unfortunately we are unable to combine your orders for delivery, if you place multiple orders they will be shipped separately, we are so sorry we are unable to assist further with this request.
Shipping Restrictions
We can only ship to a PO Box if your delivery address is in the US. Please tick the box at checkout if your address is a PO Box (fragrance & HAZMAT items cannot be delivered to a PO Box).
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box address if it's outside the US so please use an alternative delivery address at check out.
Please note we cannot consider cases reported after 7 days of the receipt of your items. Please do not dispose of the items as you may need to return them for the case to be resolved
Yes, however we will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any packages that are delivered to a Shop & Ship / Freight Forwarder address.
We can only offer delivery to APO addresses within the US. Orders will be delivered by USPS and delivery may take up to 14 days. Unfortunately we cannot ship fragrance or any HAZMAT items to an APO address.
Unfortunately, due to IATA guidelines there are restrictions associated with shipping fragrance and other HAZMAT items.
KAYALI fragrance and Resting Boss Face Setting Spray will only be available to purchase in selected countries. Due to the additional requirements, please allow an additional 2-3 days shipping for orders including fragrance and Resting Boss Face.

We are also permitted to ship a smaller quantity of HAZMAT items to the countries below (up to 30ml):

From time to time our shipping partner (DHL) may be required to provide your passport copy for customs clearance for verification purposes.
If you are requested to provide this information by DHL please submit this as soon as possible to ensure smooth and speedy delivery of your order.
If you would prefer not to provide this information please let us know so we can inform DHL to return your order to us as it will be unable to pass customs clearance.

We are working hard to extend this country list, however for countries not on the list above; tax or customs duty will be applied to your order by your local customs office after we have shipped it. Payment will be collected by DHL on behalf of your local customs office. Since these charges are not applied by Huda Beauty it is difficult to foresee what these charges may be as these can vary depending on various factors; including order value, products ordered, quantities and country.
We understand it may be frustrating for you that we are unable to provide a more accurate figure. For a more specific breakdown of what these charges may be, we would recommend you contact your local customs office. Upon ordering you are unable to proceed to checkout without acknowledging the potential duties and taxes you may be faced with. Please note tax & duties may be calculated against the order value prior to any discount or sale prices being applied.
If your order was over the free shipping threshold, the free shipping discount should have been applied at checkout, this would cover the cost of shipping your order to you.
However, some countries may be required to pay tax & duties upon arrival which will be applied by your local customs office. Upon ordering you are unable to proceed to checkout without acknowledging the potential duties and taxes you may be faced with (tax & duties may be calculated against the order value prior to any discount or sale prices being applied).
DHL will contact you if there are any additional tax & duty charges applied to your order. These will be collected by DHL on behalf of your local customs office before or upon delivery.
If there are any applicable tax or duty charged applied to your order, DHL will contact you directly. If you refuse to pay the tax & duty charges, DHL will attempt to return your order to Huda Beauty. If successful, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt however the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note some countries may not allow your order to be returned for failure to pay tax & duty, in which case a refund is not guaranteed.
For all other countries sales tax or duties may be collected by DHL on arrival as per the terms and conditions when placing your order.
Your local customs office may also apply sales tax & duties against the full retail value of the complementary or discounted item. They will review the value of the product at retail price and not view this as a 'free' or discounted item.
